My belief about leaders:

The role and definition of leaders are changing rapidly in some exciting, yet confounding ways. My goal is to help people understand their roles as leaders, and gain the capability to lead collaboratively and successfully with others. I’ve worked with students in their teens and with elders in their eighties. Some have been leading companies and cities. Others are changing the face of medicine, guiding their families out of crisis, or moving their organization in a new direction. I look forward to hearing the challenges facing you.
